Invited applicants will be notified by email on the 21st March 2026

The orchestra will provide an accompanist for the audition.

Travel and accommodation are at the applicant’s own expense.

1st round will be played behind a screen.

1st Round:
1st and 2nd movement with cadenzas from one of the following concertos:

W.A. Mozart: G Major (K. 216), D Major (K. 218) or A Major (K 219)

Orchestral excerpts

2nd Round:
1st movement from one of the following concertos:

Brahms, Sibelius, Tchaikovsky, Beethoven or Carl Nielsen

3rd Round:

Orchestral excerpts for all rounds can be downloaded as a PDF file after the 20th of February

Salaries and working conditions are in accordance with the agreement between the Danish Musicians Union and Dansk Erhverv.

This amounts to:

Tutti 31.342,33 DKK/month.

Pension paid by the employer: 18,00 %

Applicants with citizenship other than EU/EEA are responsible for obtaining valid residence and work permits by the time of employment in Denmark.
