Salary range of $106,188 - $111,019 plus 12% superannuation. In addition, you will receive instrument and clothing allowances of $1,816.55 per annum.
QSO also provides a comprehensive instrument insurance scheme, health and wellbeing programs and the Orchestra enjoy generous leave entitlements that include five weeks annual leave plus a paid mid-year break of a minimum of nine days.
This position is open to Australian and New Zealand citizens and those with Australian permanent residency status. Permanent full time, subject to successful completion of a 6-month trial period.

Applicants may be required to submit a short recording as a preliminary round. Repertoire requirements for the preliminary round will be sent shortly after applying.
Highly experienced candidates will be advised if they are eligible to progress directly through to Round 1.
An accompanist will be provided for live auditions. Applicants unable to attend a live audition are encouraged to submit a recorded audition. Guidelines on recording requirements are available for download below.
