Double Bass:
5 string flat back 3/4 size flat back bass, Czech made circa 1950s

I’m selling my 3/4 size 5 stringed (low b) bass. It has a flat plywood back and carved pine belly, maple neck and ebony fingerboard.
Brass full plate tuners.
Carbon fibre spike.
It has had previous repairs but is very solid and sounds great particularly with the Evah Pirastri strings.
The scale length is 41 1/4 inches
lower bout is 645mm, middle 370, upper bout 505mm and rib depth 195mm.
It’s not a really loud bass but sonorous and very playable, ideal for good amateur orchestral playing with the benefit of hitting the below E notes, or maybe a music college / semi pro.
