Librarian and Administration Coordinator (preferably with orchestral playing experience)

The KZN Philharmonic Orchestra is a full-time professional orchestra based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Position: Librarian and Administration Coordinator.
Suitably skilled South African persons are invited to apply for this position, that will incorporate both library-based work and general administration and logistical coordination within the company.
Preference will be given to candidates that are also skilled in playing an orchestral instrument at a professional or semi-professional level and who may be able to play with the KZN Philharmonic from time to time on an ad-hoc basis.
Candidates are requested to submit a comprehensive CV that outlines both their administrative and their musical competencies and experience. Please send a Passport or ID copy and CV to auditions@kznphil.org.za before 31 October 2025.
Candidates will be shortlisted and interviewed on 7 November 2025 via MS Teams.
