Instruments of Time & Truth
General Manager
(Stundensatz)
Instruments of Time and Truth is seeking a General Manager with a strong track record in managing artistic events to oversee the orchestra’s artistic programme and lead its fundraising activities.
The General Manager will be responsible for the direct management of the organisation’s self-promoted events, the preparation and oversight of annual and event-specific budgets, and the planning and delivery of fundraising activity across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced arts manager to join a young and fast-growing organisation. The role is offered on a freelance, remote basis, requiring approximately 2.5 days per week. The General Manager will also be expected to attend IT&T performances and events on a regular basis.
The post holder will report regularly to the Board of Trustees and relevant sub-committees, and will work collaboratively with the organisation’s other freelance managers.
