Associate Concertmaster (75%)

As associate concertmaster, you will be partially responsible for realising the orchestra's artistic ambitions and you'll readily be able to motivate and inspire your colleagues. You will also be a point of contact for them. You will support the concertmaster in the performance of his work and will also be comfortable in occupying the first chair. You will also be adaptable for educational and ensemble activities.

Requirements for the position
It goes without saying that you will be a distinguished violinist. We consider it essential that each of our players is an ambassador for our orchestra, and that they will collaborate in educational and outreach activities and ensemble work in addition to the stage performances. You will be a positive an engaged team player with attributes of leadership, flexibility and diplomacy.
