0,5 part-time Violoncello tutti with the prospect of increasing to a full-time role after one year.

The audition will take place on 18 November 2026 at 14:00 in the Congress Centre (Great Hall)

The deadline for applications is 9th November 2026.

Audition repertoire:

1) recital:

Classical Era Cello concertos - 1st movement with cadenza (J. Haydn, Boccherini etc.)

Concerto of world repertoire from Romanticism or 20th century (two contrasting movements)

2) Orchestral parts:

B. Smetana: The Bartered Bride, overture

B. Smetana: My Country (Vltava, Šárka)

L. van Beethoven: Symphony No. 3 E-flat Major, op. 55

L. van Beethoven: Symphony No. 5 C Minor, op. 67

A. Dvořák: Symphony No. 8 G Major, op. 88

P. I. Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 6 B Minor, op. 74

S. Prokofiev: Romeo and Juliet
