Development Director

The Director of Development will lead the Development Team at Boise Phil and work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to oversee and manage all aspects of the Phil’s development initiatives. The Director of Development must think strategically and practically to implement a comprehensive and results-oriented development plan. The Director of Development will also focus on cultivating key relationships with individuals and families, with corporate, government, and foundation leaders.
