Description:
RSC Associates partners with orchestras, museums, and cultural organizations to build scalable revenue growth. We’re hiring a Director of Operations & Business Development (DOBD)—someone who can lead internal operations and drive outward-facing growth. You’ll report to the CEO, align operations, marketing, and business development, and ensure smooth systems across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, streamline workflows, and implement systems
- Shape and execute marketing and business development strategies
- Oversee brand messaging, campaigns, and content
- Mentor and supervise administrative staff
- Define and monitor KPIs, client satisfaction, and ROI
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in operations, marketing, and business development
- Proven success in increasing visibility and revenue growth
- Familiarity with nonprofit, arts, or consulting sectors is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional abilities
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
