3rd Chamber Music Competition "Il Suono Giovane". Firenze

The KELIS Musical Association
announces a selection for a young chamber music ensemble to be included in the concert series “IL SUONO GIOVANE 2026”, which will take place in Florence (Italy) in September 2026.
Participation in the selection is open to the following ensembles:
• String Quartet
• Piano Quartet (piano and strings)
• Piano Trio (piano and strings)
• String Trio
• Clarinet Piano Trio (clarinet, cello and piano)
* The combined age of the ensemble members must not exceed 90 years for trios and 120 years for quartets.
PRIZE
The prize consists of a fee of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros) as compensation for the concert, which will take place at Palazzo Medici Riccardi on September 11, 2026.
Accommodation in Florence will be provided by the KELIS Musical Association.The selected ensemble will also receive a travel reimbursement of €100.
