Registration is now open for the first edition of the 1st "Antonia Brico" International Conducting Competition, organized and promoted by the Orchestra Sinfonica di Lecce e del Salento (OLES).
On the occasion of OLES's tenth anniversary, the competition commemorates Antonia Brico, the first female conductor to achieve international renown. The initiative offers candidates the rare opportunity to conduct a full symphony orchestra starting from the very first preliminary round.
