Queer Urban Orchestra 2025-26 Conducting Fellowship

Queer Urban Orchestra is seeking two highly motivated musicians for its 2025-2026 Conducting Fellowship. This opportunity is open to aspiring conductors in the New York City area who identify as LGBTQ+. This is an unpaid opportunity that provides instruction, mentorship, and professional and artistic development. Two Fellows will attend the orchestra’s rehearsals and performances, have periodic opportunities to conduct the orchestra, and work directly with QUO’s artistic leadership, both during rehearsals and in lessons.
