International Conducting Master Class — Sebastian Lang-Lessing

We are pleased to invite applications for the International Master Class for Orchestral Conducting with internationally acclaimed German conductor Sebastian Lang-Lessing (General Music Director, Theater Hagen) and the Hungarian National Symphony Orchestra Szeged.
The masterclass will take place in Szeged, Hungary, 14–17 June 2026, featuring live orchestral sessions with the Hungarian National Symphony Orchestra under Maestro Lang-Lessing’s guidance.
As an additional programme component, participants can join preparatory online sessions (10–12 June).
This masterclass forms part of the II International Ferenc Fricsay Conducting Competition.
What We Offer
• Active participation: podium time with the orchestra
• Passive participation: attendance as an auditor
• Professional video recordings of the final concert(s)
