Requirements for candidates:
• Excellent instrument proficiency, ability to perform solos at the highest level;
• Profound knowledge of the orchestra's repertoire;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills;
• Experience in a professional orchestra in the position of orchestra concertmaster will be considered an advantage.
