for 1st bass and 2nd bass.
Auditions for an employment contract 50% tenure or more.
Date auditions in Heuvellaan Hilversum, The Netherlands (Heuvellaan 33, 1217 JL Hilversum, The Netherlands):
Pre audition: Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 2.45 pm..
Main audition: Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 2.45 pm.

Applications will be accepted until February 2, 2026.
Applicants should have experience singing choral music at the highest level, have a relevant professional education, preferably at the conservatory, completed with a master's degree in voice. In addition, the applicant should be open to personal, professional development.
A pre-selection will take place following the application. Candidates will receive an invitation for the selection audition. On the basis of this selection audition it will be determined directly whether the candidate will be invited for the final audition. This final audition will determine a possible employment contract with Stichting Omroep Muziek.
Remuneration
A full-time position (36 hours per week) commands a salary ranging between € 3.328,09 and € 4.792,24 gross per month, excl. 8% holiday bonus and a year-end bonus of € 1.500,00 gross. Full and enthusiastic commitment to the choir and its development is of course essential. Nevertheless, there is also scope to continue solo and freelance work alongside this role.

Stichting Omroep Muziek adheres to the Employment and Aliens law in the recruitment and selection procedure. Following European regulations, inhabitants of countries outside the European Union and the EEA (European Economic Area) or with the nationality outside the European Union and the EEA but already living in The Netherlands, may only work for the choir when they are in the possession of an unrestricted Dutch work and residence permit.
