Chorus Master for the Royal Danish Opera Chorus

The Royal Danish Opera is seeking an experienced Chorus Master to lead the 40‑member Opera Chorus in its artistic development and musical preparation across 7–9 annual productions. The Chorus Master holds overall responsibility for maintaining and elevating the chorus’s artistic level, planning daily and long‑term musical work, supporting individual singers, conducting rehearsals and concerts, contributing to productions, and collaborating closely with artistic and administrative leadership. The role requires extensive experience with professional choirs and opera productions, strong musical and interpersonal leadership, and a willingness to engage with the Danish language. The full‑time position runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2030.
