The Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra (EPO) announces the following Principal Tuba auditions:

Friday, August 14, 2026, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CDT; Methodist Temple UMC, Evansville, IN.

We are seeking one Principal Tuba A-Contract to begin in the 2026-27 season. Principal pay is $146.46 per service.

Auditions are by appointment only. Interested musicians should send resumes to Craig Branch, Director of Operations, cbranch@evansvillephilharmonic.org. Application materials must be received by August 7, 2026. A $25 audition deposit is required (payable via check, card, or bank account), which will be refunded upon completion of your audition.

Each season, the Evansville Philharmonic produces 10 majors—5 Classics and 5 Pops concerts—in addition to 3-4 special events.
