Howarth S40C

2009 Howarth S40C oboe with a beautiful sweet tone despite a small historic repaired crack in the top joint which has only recently been discovered. Bought second hand from John Packer without the crack being declared - or noticed. Has been regularly serviced by Stephen at Valve and Reed in Truro. Would suit an advancing student looking to upgrade from a student model to a semi-professional instrument with the additional key work. Dual system with Semi-Automatic Octaves, 3rd Octave Key, C-D Trill Key (X 2), C-C# Trill Key, Forked F vent, Low B-C Link, extra trill mechanisms (Ab-Bb, Ab-A), Banana Key' - low C-C# trill & low Bb vent.
