Historical 11-Keyed Classical German Bassoon, probably made by H. Grenser & Wiesner, Dresden, A=440Hz. Year-1830's. One of the few surviving examples of a complete period bassoon with all its parts.
Original condition, all parts original.Pads are old in used condition.
The bassoon is not in playing condition. Need new pads and corks.
A=440Hz., 11 flat round brass keys, stained curly maple wood joints
Keywork in working condition.
Set includes original old brass bocal - restored with patches.
Made in Germany, circa 1830's. Without a case.
This piece is original bassoon from 1830's, not a later copy.
