Heckel #12284 in excellent condition, considered by trusted bassoonists to be a very good representative of the 12k series. Played professionally in both chamber ensembles and full-size orchestras.
Since this instrument had the expected characteristics from the beginning, such as sound, response and pitch, it was never modified over the years but remains pretty much original.
A total € 7700 overhaul, including new key plating and complete varnish retouch, was made by Jiping Tan (Hamburg) in 2020.
Comes with a gold brass Heckel bocal CV-1 and Tutti-Fagotti case.
