Potter (London) Boxwood Flute, circa early 19th Century

With six ivory bands, makers mark stamped to four sections ‘Potter, London’.

Condition: The ivory end piece is detached (please see images). Otherwise, there are no cracks to the wood that we can see, just usual rubbing and marks commensurate with age, length 68cm approx.

A lovely item from one of the highly regarded flute makers of the 18th & 19th Century.
