Leitzinger model 1

a model 1 Leitzinger bassoon with a separate low A bell. The bass joint is divided in equal lengths.
With it come two bocals in a straight bend (Gwydion Brooke shape) type FZ no. 0 (length) Leitzinger “super bocal” special metal alloy platinum plated and a no. 1 in gold brass. The instrument comes in a Marcus Bonna case, with the Leitzinger firm name embroidered on the cover.
It has a leg stand fitted to the boot joint making for easy balance and relaxed playing.
On the bass joint there is an extra lever for c#/d# trill in the lowest register. A-flat/b-flat trill on the boot joint. High f key on wing joint.
This bassoon was achieved by the first owner in 2020 and played professionally ever since. The instrument is in excellent shape and plays and sounds really fine. It can be tested in Hilversum, the Netherlands.
