Executive Assistant to the Music Director

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO) is actively searching for a highly talented and musical individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant to the Music Director. The role of the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Music Director is a multifaceted position that provides comprehensive administrative support to the Music Director (MD). This includes managing the MD's schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The EA will also play a pivotal role as a liaison by helping organize rehearsals, performances, media appearances, and ancillary activities. Additionally, the EA will assist in logistical and organizational aspects related to the MD's artistic vision and will communicate and collaborate with the ASO and MD’s management teams.
