Sales & CRM Lead

Our main 482 seat venue is modern and purpose built, and our whole team pride themselves in the variety of events delivered, our excellent team and team working, and the excellent artist, client and audience experiences that we facilitate.
The Job:
• We are looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of ticketing, CRM and sales strategy across Stoller Hall, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library.
• The postholder will take strategic ownership of Spektrix and audience data, using insight to support sales growth, audience & fundraising development.
• They will lead pricing, ticketing and sales approaches while ensuring that commercial objectives are balanced with accessibility and inclusion.
• They will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Development, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library, as well as promoters, agents and external partners.
• This is a full-time position, worked during weekday daytime hours, with a requirement for flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
In Return:
• Salary: commencing on £29,887.85 to £31,247.34 per annum (Scale Points 18-20) – Subject to pay review.
• 20 days per year plus bank holidays.
• Subsidised lunches during term time, and free tickets to selected concerts.
