Every week Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes reach over 2,300 children and young people, through programmes like In Harmony Liverpool Philharmonic and Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company. To strengthen the delivery of these impactful, long term programmes, we have carried out a internal restructure, which has lead to exciting new opportunities within our Youth Programmes team.

As an In Harmony Liverpool Philharmonic Operations Manager, you will provide exceptional management of projects, administration, operational processes and pastoral management across Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes.

You will also ensure the successful delivery of all programmes, maximising the positive impact for participants, communities and audiences, whilst creating robust evidence banks to demonstrate impacts for funders and stakeholders which inform programme design
