IV International Virgilijus Noreika Competition for Singers

The competition will be held in four stages:
1.The pre-selection round (online);
2.First and second rounds will take place at the Great Hall of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre;
3.The Final round will take place at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre with the Symphony Orchestra of the Theatre lead by Mārtiņš Ozoliņš;
The competition is open to singers of all nationalities (sopranos, mezzo-sopranos, tenors, baritones, basses), aged 18-35 (who were born in or after 1 January, 1991). The competition is held for all voices together, meaning that the singers will not be divided into separate categories.
Application fee
Early registration fee - €100 (until 1 February, 2026), thereafter - €130
Prizes:
1st Prize – €15,000
2nd Prize – €10,000
3rd Prize – €5,000
Diploma Prizes – €1,000 each
In addition, the winners will receive special and concert prizes.
Registration for the competition will be available until 1 July 2026
