OCTOBER - ARKANSAS SYMPHONY - ICG - CONDUCTOR WORKSHOP

A new partnership with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and the International Conductors Guild will provide a week of podium work for 10 qualifying conductors. Taking place October 27 - 31, 2025, the workshop will be conducted by Maestro Geoffrey Robson, Music Director & Conductor of the ASO, Dr. John Farrer, and Dr. Julius Williams.
Workshop by Beethoven, Price, and Tchaikovsky
This workshop will provide daily podium sessions, baton technique, score reading, one-on-one podium analysis, and open discussions on continuing your conducting education, developing a conducting career, and navigating marketing resources. Selected participants will be responsible for travel to and from Little Rock, as well as local transportation to all sessions, and hotel.
A final concert will feature all participating conductors, and all sessions will be recorded and provided to participants. All participants must be members of the International Conductors Guild.
