The Sofia Philharmonic announces an audition for the position of Soloist-Orchestra Musician – First Horn (one full-time position) with the National Philharmonic Orchestra at the Bulgaria Concert Hall, Sofia.

The position is based on a work schedule with summarised working time, consisting of an 8-hour working day and a five-day working week.

Requirements:

Secondary specialised music education.
Basic monthly salary: EUR 1,550.

The audition for shortlisted candidates will take place before an audition committee on 9 September 2026.

The audition will be held with piano accompaniment. Upon request, the Sofia Philharmonic can provide the contact details of an accompanist. The cost of the accompanist's services shall be borne by the candidate.
