Here is a 1970s Michael Poller full size cello purchased from Moseley Violins in Birmingham, c.2017.
The instrument has a particularly sweet upper register, to my ears at least. I haven't the space to accommodate a second cello. This is a great quality cello for a beginner or intermediate player. It have had various things done since purchase. Lowering of action, readjusting of sound post. Had it serviced at stringers, London in, I think autumn, 2021. I have fitted Larson professional stings with a magnacore A string as I was seeking a particular warmth from the upper strings. All in I invested a lot in the instrument.
I am listing this as a full outfit. Cello, bow, rosin, and foldable soft case for £500. No offers, please. This is a very reasonable price for a quality instrument. Quite happy for you to come and see and play it. I am based in Wimbledon a few minutes from the overground and 10-15 minutes walk from south Wimbledon tube station.
