Interesting Réne Jacquemine 1930

A Violin by and labelled Réne Jacquemine 1930.
This is one of his much nicer instruments and appears from several well respected violin makers opinions to be some form of Bergonzi model. It has an attractive strong flamed one-piece back and matching ribs/scroll in red/orange varnish with notes of orange being more visible under the light.
I have played on this Violin for 4 years through my degree and I love it but moving forward I’m looking to upgrade to the next level.
It has a classic charming French tone associated with instruments from this period, the lower strings are warm, response is very clear/well balanced and it has a sonorous upper register. It has been set up to a professional standard.
There are no cracks or repairs and is in very good condition apart from a few blemishes, it has had 4 peg bushings done by a professional luthier.

Length of back including button 364mm.
