For sale a very fine small italian double bass/ Violone , labeled Andreas Gisalberti Parma, stringlength 91 cm.
Slab cut top and walnut back and sides( probably) in very good condition.
The instrument can be used in different tunings, I used it as a 16 foot instrument (D A d g), an eight foot ( A d g c) and even in fifths (G d a e).
From consort Music to Weihnachts Oratorio with single strings, you can Play a lot of repertoire on this instrument.
It has a beautiful Tone with a surprising depth for such a small instrument.
