I brought my instrument in for a simple repair, was quoted one price, and ended up being charged significantly more—with no warning or explanation. When I asked for clarification, I was met with vague answers and a defensive attitude. Communication was poor throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates, and deadlines kept getting pushed without notice. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a stressful, expensive ordeal. I’ve since spoken with others who’ve had similar experiences—overcharges, delays, and dismissive customer service. It seems like this isn’t a one-time issue but part of a larger pattern. If you're a musician who values transparency, respect, and honest business practices, I strongly recommend you take your instrument anywhere else.
