We are recruiting a highly qualified Lower Strings Specialist to teach cello and bass students of various levels in our Under 18s Elite Academy and Schools in Dubai. You will teach a range of ages and abilities, including exam preparation, technique, and musicality and be part of a forward-thinking passionate team.

Requirements:
- Degree in Music Performance/teaching
Teaching experience at beginner to advanced levels
- Ensemble and solo performance coaching skills
2+ years' teaching/industry experience
- Passion for student development across cultures
- Ability to teach other instruments is desirable
- Strong IT skills
- Driving license is desirable

We are seeking a versatile, inspiring, and well qualified Lower Strings Teacher to join our team. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality 1:1 strings tuition in a range of genres, as well as leading ensembles for both under-18s and adults. The ideal candidate will be confident working across musical styles — including classical, pop, and jazz — and be passionate about developing string players of all levels and backgrounds.
This peripatetic position will involve travel between sites, some regular term-time evening work, and teaching on one weekend day. The ability to teach basic musicianship, piano and/or an additional instrument is highly desirable.
