Head of YYM

Yorkshire Young Musicians is seeking a new Head, to lead the organisation into an exciting phase of development, and provide strategic and operational leadership for YYM’s music education programmes, delivered across Yorkshire and the Humber.

This is a key leadership role, balancing strategic development with hands-on operational management. The Head will act as the principal representative of YYM, working with trustees, staff, families, music hubs, funders and regional partners to extend YYM’s reach, strengthen its impact and secure long-term sustainability
