Mirecourt, beginning of 19th century

価格: 15000 EUR
Beautiful sounding old instrument built in the first half of XIX century by a Mirecourt region luthier.

Acquired from a Swiss collection and then played for 12 years by a professional violinist based in London, Royal Academy of Music in London alumni.
Successfully used for solo performances, chamber music (Bukolika Piano Trio) auditions, recordings with leading London orchestras (Philharmonia, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Mahler Foundation Festival Orchestra.

Instrument in excellent condition. Sound is very well defined and open whilst elegant and warm when required. There is plenty of clarity and balance across all strings. Would be suitable for a professional or an advanced violin student looking for a reliable, top of the industry sounding, fine instrument.
Please get in touch for more details, photographs/recordings or to arrange a meeting to test the instrument.
