Location: London Coliseum & other locations as required

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment specialist to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process at ENO and help us attract exceptional talent to join our organisation.

This is a pivotal role with responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience, build diverse talent pipelines and strengthen ENO's employer brand. From attracting experienced professionals to developing entry routes through apprenticeships and work experience opportunities, you'll play a key role in ensuring we have the right skills, in the right place, at the right time.

We're looking for someone who combines recruitment expertise with curiosity, courage and kindness, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where new ideas are welcomed. You'll be proactive, highly organised and confident building strong relationships across the organisation, continuously seeking opportunities to improve how we attract and engage talent.

Requirements:

Significant in-house recruitment experience
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience developing and delivering effective candidate attraction strategies
Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to different ways of working
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of engaging with a variety of audiences
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
Experience of working with recruitment agencies and external suppliers
A diligent and proactive approach to work
Demonstrates respect, humility and kindness
Has the courage to try new ways of working and challenge existing approaches
Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
