1. Masterclass Objectives and Contents
• Creation of a composition project for ensemble (instrumentation to be agreed upon with the teacher: 4 to 6 instruments chosen from flute (including piccolo, G flute, bass flute), clarinet (including piccolo and bass), violin, viola, cello, and piano.
• 6 in-presence meetings (Brescia, Italy) including 4 meetings with individual or multiple members of the dèdalo ensemble (performance of excerpts from compositional works in progress; elements of instrumental technique).
• 6 online meetings (composition project reviews, scheduled approximately 15 days after the in-presence lesson schedule; in-depth analysis of orchestration; elements of analysis).
• dèdalo ensemble rehearsals and concert (performance of full compositions).
2. Admission: Complete documentation must be sent by email to info@dedaloensemble.it by February 7th
In-presence lessons and final concert will be held in Brescia.
