JPF Conducting Academy

The JPF Conducting Academy in The Netherlands was authorized in 2025 by Finnish maestro Jorma Panula to continue the mission of nurturing a new generation of conductors: director and conductor Aron Tringali (b. 1985, Milan) will teach regular conducting workshops with a professional ensemble and the video sessions. Aron studied with Jorma from 2019 to 2023, founded Siamo Orkest in 2022 and organized various masterclasses with him from 2023 to 2025. During an extended period in 2024, Aron was invited to observe his teaching at his academy in Finland.
