I am selling my cello by Gaetano Sgarabotto made circa 1925.
The back is from two pieces of semi-slab cut local "oppio" maple with plain figure. The sides and scroll are from semi slab cut maple matching the back.
The top is from two pieces of spruce with narrow to medium grain. The varnish has an orange red colour.
The cello is currently available for trial at Ingles & Hayday, London.
