Cello Teacher
5,000 - 8,000 SGD p/month
Melody Strings is an established premium string music academy in Singapore since 2014. We are hiring a full-time Cello Teacher to join our team of passionate music educators.
Job Description:
Conduct individual and group lessons, tailored to the specific needs and skill levels of students.
Teach G1 to G5 music theory and aural.
Develop and customize lesson plans and curriculum to meet the learning objectives and musical goals of each student.
Prepare students for the ABRSM examination, recital, concert, music festivals, and competitions.
Able to master the instruments knowledge and promote the string instruments to parents.
Other ad-hoc duties might be required as operational needs.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Cello Music performance
At least 3 years of experience teaching Violin to students and all skill levels
Knowledge of music theory, repertoire, and performance techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and inspiring students to reach their full potential
Applicants with piano accompaniment skills will be given preferential consideration for this position.
Benefits:
The starting salary is SGD$5000 per month, accompanied by a flexible bonus structure that has no maximum limit.
