Glyndebourne

Technical & Production Director

Extraordinary opera, extraordinary people

In 2024 we are celebrating our 90th anniversary amidst an exciting era of growth: We’ve been welcoming record audiences, recruiting new generations of opera-goers, growing our passionate base of Glyndebourne members, and developing an exciting programme of opera, including commissions and bold Glyndebourne firsts that reflect the ambition and exceptional performance calibre that have defined us since 1934.

As Technical and Production Director you will be pivotal in delivering this by providing strategic and operational leadership through a year-round programme including large and small scale productions, revivals, co-productions and hires. As well as having the relevant technical and production knowledge you will have exceptional management and organisational skills to lead a large and diverse team of specialists to deliver complex projects.
