Senior Individual Giving Manager

£40,000 - £45,000 p/year
Overall leadership of the Individual Giving team of 4, ensuring that they continue to deliver an outstanding high-level stewardship programme for Friends, Pioneers, LSO Patrons, a relaunched Artists’ Circle, and major donors, ensuring that they feel inspired, appreciated, engaged, and keen to continue their annual support
To work with the Head of Development, Philanthropy Lead and the Patrons Manager to plan and implement a strategy to bring in new Major Donors, Patrons and other annual supporters, where appropriate encouraging donors to move up the ladder of giving including considering project support
