Dr. Philip Lasser, Professor at The Juilliard School leads the Composition Program at the EAMA Summer Music Institute. Classes held at the historic Schola Cantorum in the heart of Paris. EAMA offers Advanced Expert Mentorship Training for the professional and preprofessional musician. 4 Intensive life-changing weeks. EAMA faculty are steeped in the Nadia Boulanger tradition. 2026 Readings and Critiques are focused this year on String Quartet, Art Song, and Vocal Quartet writing. The 2026 Resident Student Quartet comprised of students from the Juilliard School will coach, critique, and record student works. Students participate in EAMA's legendary core classes of counterpoint, keyboard harmony and musicianship.
