The conducting masterclass with M° Arturo Tamayo and the Berliner Symphoniker orchestra is designed to help experienced conductors prepare a competitive video for auditions and applications.

The repertoire has been chosen to allow conductors to display their technique, musicality, and skills with pieces that are both milestones of the conducting repertoire and challenging to conduct.

Only 8 conductors will be accepted

70+ min podium time with the Berliner Symphoniker orchestra GUARANTEED + 1:1 time with Maestro and final private concert and recording

Repertoire:

C. Debussy: Prélude à l'après-midi d'un faune (A. Schönberg version for ensemble)

A. Schönberg: Verklärte Nacht, 1914 version for string orchestra (mandatory piece)

R. Strauss: Vier letzte Lieder (arr. for soprano and ensemble - Boosey & Hawkes)

BONUS: Conductors will receive a private 1:1 session (free) with Maestro Arturo Tamayo
