AIA presents New Star Conductors and Composers

AIA presents the special talented upcoming conductors and composers, who could be the future stars as leading personalities in the music world - with a great European symphony orchestra.
Welcome CONDUCTORS one step before their career, SOLOISTS who want to conduct a professional European symphony orchestra, COMPOSERS who want to conduct their own composition, special TALENTS with strong musical personality and EXPERIENCED conductors who want to join AIA and present themselves to the world!
Participation includes 2 days of preparation, 3 days of rehearsals with full orchestra, and of video analysis from the rehearsal, 5 special seminars and 1 day of general rehearsal and concert at the orchestra´s residence hall, which will be recorded on video with 3 cameras.
If you are chosen by AIA (or other cooperation agent) you will be offered a 2-years contract.
