International Opera Competition “Bernardo De Muro”

The International Opera Competition “Bernardo De Muro” is a contest dedicated to young opera talents up to 35 years of age. It will take place in Sardinia from May 26 to 29, 2026. It is aimed at singers who are beginning or further developing their careers.
The competition offers cash prizes of up to €20,000, scholarships, and, above all, artistic opportunities such as engagements in opera productions, concerts, and collaborations with theatres and musical institutions. The jury is composed of internationally renowned professionals, including artistic directors, agents, teachers, and representatives of opera houses.
Beyond the awards, it represents an important professional showcase: participants can connect with the world of opera production, facilitating their entry into the international opera circuit and the development of a structured artistic career.
