The MiraTone Festival and Academy is a distinguished annual celebration of classical music, held each August in Budapest – one of Europe’s cultural capitals. Since its founding in 2019 by acclaimed violinist Miranda Liu, the festival has rapidly grown into a beacon of artistic excellence and cross-cultural collaboration, earning international recognition for its forward-thinking programming and commitment to nurturing the next generation of musical talent.
MiraTone has drawn master class participants from over 25 countries, many of whom have gone on to win international competitions and become members of major orchestras worldwide.
MiraTone’s courses are performance-centered, designed to give every participant meaningful stage experience that supports their artistic growth.
In our commitment to inclusivity, MiraTone actively seeks external funding and sponsorships to keep tuition fees as accessible as possible. We believe that financial barriers should not stand in the way.
