Young Artists Residency at Musikakademie Schloss Weikersheim

International residential chamber music course for experienced instrumentalists/student of all instruments at the Musikakademie Schloss Weikersheim, Germany. Priority to age 18+ players
Training with leading German & Scottish tutors including
Oliver Hasenzahl, bassoon & woodwinds, Stuttgart
Katharina Ströter, flute & woodwinds, Würzburg, Stuttgart
Andrew Somerville, saxophone & woodwinds, Glasgow
Helena Buckmayer, piano, Edinburgh
Francis Cummings, violin, Glasgow
Suitable for pre-formed groups or individuals still in education to experience an intense yet supportive rehearsal training week side-by side culminating in public concerts. Ideal for refining performance skills and getting to know repertoire thoroughly.
Leisure activities: optional German speaking class, sight-seeing, enjoying the wonderful grounds & surroundings of the Schlossgarten.
