HOW TO BUILD YOUR OWN POPS CONCERT
What does it take to design, script, present and conduct a pops concert? How does a pops show differ to a classical concert? What should you programme? What are the challenges for the orchestra? Who is your audience?
If you are curious about the answers to these questions, join us for this exciting joint venture with Wiltshire Music Centre, West of England Youth Orchestra, and West End vocal sensation Emily Apps. Course led by AOD director, and conductor of the Royal Albert Hall’s My Great Orchestral Adventure, Tim Redmond.

Conduct in 2 concerts (Jan 2 & 3)
Seminars and talks from industry leaders to enable you to build your own pops concert
2 active places (observer places on request)
Repertoire A NIGHT AT THE OSCARS: film favourites and Academy Award-winning songs.
Course fee £1000. Observer places available on request. Priority given to applications received before 16.11.25.
