Italian Conducting Academy

At ICA Milan, emerging conductors encounter music in its truest form: demanding, vibrant, profoundly human. Here you learn to conduct by listening, to lead with respect, to create while honouring each voice. More than training, it’s a vision. More than technique, it’s an artistic conscience. Because conducting is not just a gesture: it is responsibility, an act of the soul. The peculiarity of this school consists of theoretical and practical lessons which exclusively involve the presence of the orchestra and not the use of the pianos.
